SpectoGard, spectinomycin sulfate. SpectoGard Sterile Solution is an injectable antibiotic that contains 100 mg/mL of spectinomycin equivalent. SpectoGard Sterile Solution is the first and only FDA approved generic of Zoetis Adspec (no longer on the market). This product is indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (pneumonia) associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, and Histophilus somni in cattle.
