REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

We must have the following documentations on file to qualify you for a Dealership:

  • Choice Brands Unlimited LLC Commercial Credit Application
  • Dealer Contact Form

Dealerships will be set up at the discretion of CBU.


TO PLACE AN ORDER

Orders can be placed here on our website by adding products to your cart then proceding to the checkout.

Alternatively, you can place email orders by sending the order information directly to Kelly.Smith@ChoiceBrandsUnlimited.com,  or call 570-399-3515. You may also fax your orders to 1-570-579-0033. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed as a new order the next business day.


ORDER PROCESSING

Daily orders placed will ship from our warehouse on an average of 24 to 48 business hours after the order is placed. Shipping may vary during the busy seasons. We do not guarantee shipment

dates unless it is an air order. We reserve the right to process future dated orders or Booking orders up to 3 business days before or after your requested date depending on the volume of new orders in the warehouse. Air orders will be sent out the following day if the order is placed by 4:30 pm eastern/standard time Monday-Friday.


STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS

Opening Orders must be prepaid via a credit card or money order in advance

  • COD
  • Cash in Advance
  • Credit Card
  • Net 30 for credit approved accounts.

Invoices are due 30 days from invoice date. All past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% late fee.

Foreign Account terms are credit card only. A $30.00 fee is charged for returned checks. A $30.00 fee is charged for bank wires or transfers.


PAPERLESS

All invoices, credit memos, order confirmations and statements will be automatically sent via email or fax depending on your paperless set up. To receive a copy of your backorders/future

shipments you must request them to be sent via fax or email to you by contacting your sales representative.


CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

A Credit Card Authorization form is required to authorize a charge to your card.

The card will only be charged for the actual items shipping and the actual freight costs.


BOOKING ORDERS/TRADE SHOW ORDERS

These orders may have special pricing, special ship requirements, or terms which will be outlined in the details of each promotion.


PRICING

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, this includes backorders and future dated orders. Orders with special pricing must be pre-approved by management and be on a written purchase order.


RETURNS/CREDITS

  • All returns must follow the complete returns policy, which is under separate cover from these Terms and Conditions.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, they will be refused at the door.
  • Refund checks or refunds to credit cards will not be issued for any reason. A CBU credit will be issued for you to use if you do not have a past due balance. Merchandise can be exchanged for credit only.

SHIPPING

We reserve the right to ship merchandise by the carrier of our choosing. We will ship via the most economical, efficient means of transportation for your business. All freight is FOB Hazleton, PA.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of more than two or three products must be in writing; you can email the cancellation to your Sales Representative or fax to 570-579-0033.
